    This supplier suggested that I asked for a refund. This was not the case and I suspect some tomfoolery designed to navigate eBay service policy. I do not like this sort of behaviour. If people tell the truth it is more likely that the service is seen as good.

We messaged you directly before the refund was processed. In that message, we explained that the item was out of stock and offered an alternative. A full refund was issued immediately to you. We never received a reply to our message so considered the issue resolved. We can see no way in which we have been dishonest. Please DM us.
