The packaging was poor and the item had been partially put together with bolts and hinges attached by screws. Then clearly abandoned. Not enough screws and additional wood required to stabilise the structure. Took a full day by two of us to assemble. Beware of this item.

Item arrived very fast and packaged well, unfortunately was the wrong item. Overall the seller was quick to respond and very polite. I would be more than happy to use this seller again in the future.

My order was sent out for delivery quickly, tracking number provided, unfortunately the courier didn't deliver, the package never got further than their facility. I waited a week before contacting the seller, they replied quickly and sent replacement which arrived next day. Couldn't ask for more.
