I clamped one side of the wheel to the top of my big heavy table saw and used two Phillips screwdrivers, one in each hand, to stretch the band onto the wheel while my wife held the tire onto the wheel, moving her hands around as I got more and more of the tire onto the wheel. Would buy these again!

He said ship'g is way up - over $5 (he only charges $3.95). Original pkgng wd cost more. He buys in bulk - to keep $$ down, he repackages. Offered to send pix of hundreds of original packs before he repacks. Guaranteed they're genuine Olson blocks. I'm totally satisfied. Good comm's.
