There were a few of the LCD segments on my display that weren't working properly but after following the instructions in the video/guide it now works perfectly. If you have one of these Honeywell thermostats that is having the same problems it is worth buying a copy of this video and guide to see if you can cure the problem (and save yourself some money) by not having to replace the unit. No guarantees it will work for you but it did for me.

These video instructions were easy to follow. Perfect amount of information and really helpful to have top tips and explanations how things fit together or work.
