I also had problems with the postage service when i first got it but I think it was Australia Posts fault (AusPo said I received when I didn't, actually received it the week later). The response to my inquiry was swift, friendly with an apology and a commitment to update the photos. An offer of refund/return was offered immediately. This was not convenient to do for me so I have kept the item. Item not what I wanted, customer service after the fact was very good.
