A bit heavy, and I almost don't need to mount additional weight plates for the curl. Strongly built that will last years, but take care to not accidentally drop any heavy weight plates on the ball bearing rings. Timely shipment and well packaged for my international order. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to jazz up forearm exercise.
