I also have written the company and the responce was quickly seeing that there is a 9 hour differance in time. I would write in the evening and the next morning I received an answer to my questions. I can not say enough good things about the harp. It fels good in my hand ,its sound rich and full, It's just all around a beautifulI instrument. I'm planning on ordering from them again. Shipping time was shorter than expected.

It took me a bit to figure it out, but it's incredibly simple to start playing. Everything arrived safely and well packaged. The USPS had a tough time reading the tracking number, so it got a little caught up but it got here. Don't be scared to submit a search or call the post office if you have any problems. It was money well spent, and I can't help but stare at how beautiful it is.
