When I opened the items I saw a business card. About 5:30 pm. I called the number on the card and left a voicemail. I didn't think I would hear back from him until the next day if at all, because of the time of day. 7:30 pm the same day , Gary called me looked up my order number and said that they had made the mistake and straightened it out on the spot. Definitely will buy from them again

It arrived promptly and in good condition. Excellent except they were for a 12-inch saw. I used "contact seller" to explain. He researched and discovered the maker of my saw put the wrong part number in the owners manual. Realizing I had no way to know this, he quickly sent the correct tires (no charge) and I was back in service. Excellent service .
