My clock is a smaller version of some of the medium sized clocks. But I plan on keeping them because I have found another clock that I m planning on buying and they should work fine with it if it does not have the weights. The product and time for shipping was good. A little expensive but other wise great purchase. Thank you.

Short story is I bought some cuckoo clock hands plus shipping. The order had a tracking number assigned to it. Two days later I realized that the bellow tops were broken. So, I ordered them, plus shipping. This company noticed (without me contacting them) that I had a previous order. They apparently opened the 1st package back up and added the 2nd order to it, and CREDITED me a refund on shipping (combining the two) A ++
