The company kept me advised of progress but arrival time was 22.20. The delivery driver did his best. It's an awkward house to access and on foot only. He left the parcel on top of a 6 foot+ wall about 100 metres down my drive. I'm tiny and almost 80 and jumping in the dark isn't a favourite activity. Eventually I retrieved it. No one is to blame but it wasn't the best of experiences.
