The parts were exactly as described, they were new parts, but the pricing was reasonable because they didn't have overly extensive packaging which was fine since the parts were not prone to breakage being that they were metal motor mounts. The quality was above average from many others that I have seen. I am very please with my purchase. They also had very fast shipping.

    Slow shipping. Slow communication. Product not as described. Seller is courteous when they eventually do get around to communicating, which believe me it takes them a while, but the experience overall is not good. Supposed to be new part, received unsealed dirty worn part in open plastic envelope with a part number different from that in the description. Seller eventually granted a small partial refund, though process took some time due to slow and spaced out communication.
