Such a comfortable memory foam mattress for a fraction of the price of high street bed and mattress shops. The mattress isn’t overly soft. It’s medium firm as described but that’s the best way to describe it. It’s super comfortable and cosy. Highly recommend!

I bought the 12" king size version, I have had it two days now and I am really pleased with it. Only one negative observation - so far it has only expanded to 11" but that may be because I haven't given it enough time. I don't really care anyway as the mattress is supremely comfortable, like floating on water! Quality: Very satisfied. Condition: Perfect. Value: Very Good. Appearance: Hotel grade.

I queried it and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Good quality mattress very firm. Box arrived damaged but I think it’s just due to weight of mattress inside but no damage to mattress inside of box.
