It’s so well maintained the communication is right away, he fixed my item and send it back to me. You must read the instruction before you install the part you get back from them. They are great to deal with and the communication with them are easy this is my personal opinion. I recommended for any person I will know in the future they need something to be fixed.

The shop personnel told me that they would give me a refund if they weren't able to repair my module. I sent it via USPS and after it arrived it was repaired and sent back very quickly. Way less than the 10 days they quote. I installed the module and all the issues were resolved. I appreciate how they under promise and over deliver. I have a sale pending and could not read my odometer.(common problem) and needed a qucik turn around. The cluster was removed and shipped out. Once they recieved the package they messaged me to let me know. 2 days later I had the repaired unit in hand and in perfect condition. Plugged it in and as you can see from the pictures, IT WORKS.
