If something is not right then just talk. I found out the hard way. I asked the buyer to get back to get back to me if the item did not arrive. I received no reply so assumed everything was ok. Gutted to see that rather than getting back in touch he decides to just leave Negative feedback. At least give me the courtesy of confirming the item has still not arrived so I can raise a claim and send a replacement which I would have done.
