Before I made the purchase I almost asked if your hats ship in a box, but I thought that would be a stupid question. I guess it wouldn't have been. Paper thin poly bags are the last way (I, personally) would ever send a hat. I'm not upset, just giving a recommendation. All it takes is getting crushed and it's junk. Luckily it made it safe and I'm a happy customer. Thank you!!

It has a rugged outer shell with quilted liner, and is a step above Carhartt's thermal lined sweatshirt hoodie. Excellent dealer. Product shipped quickly and was received just as advertised. USPS did not scan the package along the way, but it was delivered on-time nevertheless. I bought 2 hats: 1 wrong one was sent, the other didn't look like the photos. I never got a response if they had the right one in stock to exchange, and it's still listed for sale... I shipped them back together and that turned into an ordeal where the seller was unresponsive for 5 days, and then incredibly poor communication lead to a hassle to get the 2nd hat refunded. They're both refunded now.
