Due to some extraordinary circumstances, there were issues with the correct parts being delivered. I contacted the seller thru ebay and I quickly received a phone call from the owner. He was beyond apologetic about the situation and was on his own time with family in the background. We were easily able to get the situation resolved. It is so relieving to know there are still businesses that believe in reaching out to make things right.

I asked a question and didn’t get an answer within a day. I decided to just order my items. The price was right and it was worth taking a shot. I received a phone call from Matt? I’d have to check. Either way, nobody calls like that to respond to an EBay question before shipping your order. That was the purpose of calling me.
