I ended up requesting a refund, and it was issued immediately. I have no doubt that had I ordered, my item would have arrived as pictured and it great condition. Excellent customer service!

Shipped promptly, and the product is exactly as described. A little tear here and there on the book, but everything was shown in photo for the product and the product description, so I knew what I was getting. The value for the price is amazing. So excited to read another Sir Walter Scott novel!
