Sellers disclaimer “any imperfection will be pictured, use pics to determine condition for urself“ is sellers way of avoiding responsibility for selling a damaged product. Once buyer received item, their tailor told em that the price to repair the item would be a little more than expected, so buyer thought he was entitled to a partial refund. I asked that they send it back for a full refund instead, buyer didn't like that response....boom negative feedback!
