Needless to say my book arrived with damage to the edges. I contacted the seller on two occasions and their answer was they wanted to keep the packing charges down. I explained to them that keeping the quality of the packing down was at the penalty of having the item damaged. I was offered a refund but I needed the book so had to put up with the damage. Sadly they just did NOT GET my reasoning!!
