If we make a mistake we honor it. As for the shipping we shipped within 3 business days as listed, item ordered Thursday and shipped Monday. For the claim of no response, we responded and issued the refund within the claim window. When we returned to the shop and had time to investigate how the wrong item got shipped we promptly issued the refund.
