The Minolta Dynax camera body offers a single-lens reflex (SLR) design and is geared towards the novice photographer versus the seasoned professional. Auto-focus technology on the Minolta Dynax 500si 35mm SLR Camera enables the photographer to ensure the image is as clear as possible without the risk of manual error. The Minolta Dynax camera can also take wide-angle shots with precision and detail. A digital screen located on the top of the Minolta Dynax camera body lets the user determine how many photos have been taken, if the flash is engaged, and the strength of the battery. The Minolta Dynax camera body fits comfortably around the neck or in two hands for steady photographs. This particular Minolta Dynax camera takes film photographs, not digital, thus there is no preview function to determine if the shot was captured or blurry. Made for rugged use, the photographer will find that the Minolta Dynax 500si 35mm SLR Camera is durable and not easily damaged.
