The items were packed very carefully and securely, however, one of the bowls arrived broken. The seller was extremely easy to work with. I preferred to keep the merchandise that arrived safely, again the items were very securely packed. We agreed on an amount to refund me for the broken bowl and I had received it by the end of the day! I would not hesitate to shop with this seller again💕
