I am not happy with the fact that the manufacturer's name and contact information appears no where in the owner's manual, Manual is not informative. I don't know how this item folds up if the seat is attached, and there are clips of some kind under the seat for which I can find no purpose . The manual should have contained a customer service phone number or e mail. This is no fault of this seller. Transaction was smooth and delivery time was reasonable.
