They reached out to me before shipping the item assuring me that it was safely packaged to avoid damage and it definitely was. Item is in great condition as described and was shipped very quickly. I’m glad I was able to get a replacement so easily for the part I lost. Price was a bit high but for a difficult to replace part it is understandable.
