The seller at his own cost sent a postage label to send it back and immediately sent a replacement unit. Unfortunately the new unit suffered from a loose trackpad but it doesn’t affect functionality but they still offered a partial refund for this defect. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a seller despite the issues I faced. The laptop was brand new sealed looks great and was great value.
