Please message me before leaving feedback. I mailed you a replacement today. Just a heads-up: these DVD cases hold discs very tightly to prevent damage during shipping. To safely remove or insert the disc, press the center spindle button firmly and lift (or press back in) gently. Forcing it can crack the disc or spindle.
