He worked with me to file a USPS insurance claim, which if you've ever done one, it's a pain in the Butt. He kept me informed the whole time, followed up with me always. He wanted to refund me right away, but I said let's wait to see if the insurance would cover it. The insurance covered it and he refunded me immediately. I've been on E Bay 23 years he's one of the best Sellers I've ever purchased from.
