It turns out the photos were correct. The item arrived in good condition but the box was just one step of mishandling from disaster. Flimsy but enough tape to make it rigid enough. I was a bit afraid what might be the condition inside. It took 7 days to go from Arizona to Washington. Sorta longish for us spoiled by Amazon. It was shipped immediately. My hope is you got a better value than you would have on Amazon and enjoy the cold brew!
