I do wish there had been some gesture to offset the extra cost of the charger, given the item didn’t work, but overall the seller handled the situation professionally. Recommended!

We came to a fair amount and it was refunded to my account. The seller is very friendly and understanding of the issue. Will definitely purchase from him again if he has an item I want.
