It came packaged perfectly with no wasted packaging, which I appreciated. It said the figurine had some disfigurement on the faces from being in storage. Seller offered a full refund & would wait for my reply. From the photo, it wasn't acceptable for what I was going to use it for. A refund was issued the same day. Things happen but how it is handled is most important. What a wonderful seller!
