The seller did do an excellent job of packaging and shipping it was no fault of the seller it was just something that happened. I contacted the seller I showed them some pictures. They were very sympathetic and helpful. They told me that the item was insured and I got a full refund that day. They were better than awesome. I would highly recommend this seller and they are now on my favorite seller list.
