So idk where my package is ! NOT HAPPY!! Goin to have to put in for a claim to get my money back !!! Smh ! Contacted seller multiple times. I gotten no response from seller. Told seller to cancel and to give me refund. He only said sorry, item will be shipped out next day after I informed seller I was giving him a bad review. I still haven’t gotten a response back. I don’t think seller cares. I’m getting eBay involved.

Communication was nearly nonexistant. I got the doll as a gift with enough time for it to be delived by the required date. It said the item would ship within 3 days on the shipping information. I wrote to them on the third day asking for it to be shipped as it was for a gift. They printed out the label. It was never shipped until several days after opening a case. Good item, bad service.
