I got refunded without any more questions asked (I provided some photos). This honesty level it rare these days, I really appreciated how the seller quickly resolved this issue. As for the DVD, it was as described, and shipped and packaged securely and arrived promptly. In the end I recommend this seller!

However right out of the box the figures right arm broke and I was left having to re glue it. Seller partially refunded me because I actually liked the sculpt and accessories and I did acknowledge that the seller probably thought it was fine since Necas quality control is left largely out of the sellers hands.
