Some inside items had become detached but this is visible in the listing pictures and obviously due to box age - the plastic gets brittle over time. She arrived in pristine condition two days later. Even the FedEx driver exceeded expectations. Because it was raining, the driver put the package in a transparent plastic bag. The package was just as described. I received a great doll for an excellent price. I look forward to more transactions with Shesmydoll.
