It's definitely used, price was decent, seller took his sweet time shipping the monitor out, but thanks for UPS getting it here quickly regardless. Won't be buying from this particular seller again as it took a few days for him to get it taken to UPS and also the seller has absolutely no communication and while they took their time after I paid they rejected my cancel order request..Onn 22" Inch Full HD Bezel Less Computer Monitor HDMI VGA 100hz 6.5ms 1080p (#266715118513)

They did have a 3rd party mount, but that was easy to remove. No scratches on either of them. Great shipping speed and all the cables were included! Great seller and a great deal on monitors! Thanks!
