UPS admits they have lost package, still seller refuses refund. I've escalated the issue to EBAY. Do not buy from this seller as they will hold on to your money if anything goes wrong with no intention of providing an actual solution. Only solution provided thus far is "we will send you a return label". For what? Nothing has arrived to be returned. Avoid seller!

The Osprey company incorrectly placed a 44 liter backpack in a sealed plastic bag identified as 26+6 liter backpack. Item was appropriately resold as new and in original packaging via eBay by this seller. I notified seller. Seller apologized for honest mistake and immediately sent return label for USPS. Seller communicates well and is honest. Would not hesitate buying from this seller.
