However when I received the item it had no rack ears. I contacted the seller to obtain the ears. While I was waiting for the resolution from the seller, assuming they'd take care of it, I registered the item with Fortinet, as I needed to get the job going. In the end that voided the refund offer made, so I'm stuck with the unit with no way to rack it. Ears separately look to be $130. Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running.
