So I have a lot more experience in how to handle these matters of overreaction. And call ebay I have their number as well and will be calling them too.

Although the package was beaten up, the cartridge (I only used one so far) worked well. So glad the seller was honest and even double checked with me for the description of the product just to make sure. Very happy with the service.
