Everything arrived in good condition, well packaged, and all appears to be authentic. One of the three batteries ended up being DOA. I contacted the seller, and they promptly handled the exchange. I just received the replacement battery today, and all appears good. This seller is filling a vacuum in the marketplace right now (getting DJI stuff in the US), and I will very likely be purchasing more from them in the future.

They arrived only a few days after placing my order and were in original, unopened DJI boxes. So I'm very pleased with the purchase and have no problem with the markup from original prices since others are charging more and it's a product that seems nearly impossible to even find in the US now.
