I ended up with with a box that had the Alph sleeve on it, but was the Bravo box and contents inside. I was able to easily resell the item, and the first time I reciprocate the wrong item, I was able to easily return it. But the seller was so responsive and nice. They immediately refunded my money. And would have given me a discount if I had wanted to keep the machine, but it didn’t match my kitchen I would highly recommend the seller, however, I thought they were extremely nice to work with and totally honest. Also, their prices were really fantastic. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
