I wrote to selller asking them to look into this as the dleivery co have been leaving parcels at wrong doors several times over last months - hence the first order was refunded so I thank the seller for the good quick response to my complaint. 'i understand sellers sign up with delivery companies but this one has been bad for our area for ages so I cannot order unless I know the delivery co

Item as described and all in order except the quite thin outer packaging had been torn in transit and also the inner cellophane packet was torn. Thankfully the curtain itself was undamaged. Perhaps the seller should use a thicker postal packet. Item matched the colour and design I was expecting so good all round and already hung in my bathroom!
