The item was clearly marked fragile handle with care, the carrier must of took that as a sign to beat it mercilessly. The only shining light was the sellers great service and communication, he was over communicative and helpful as we tried to find a solution and understanding when the item was too badly damaged to salvage. Great Service.

Lots of bubble wrap and protection so nothing got jarred or anything en route to me. The laptop was actually better than described! I was impressed as how pristine it looked. There were minimal scuffs & wear & tear. Given all that, it’s definitely a great value. I’ll be coming back to this seller when I need a laptop for myself!
