Packaging was okay, just a bunch of cards thrown in a box with a little bubble wrap. Most of the cards were NOT real cards and a lot of them were stuck together with some sort of mystery ooze. I was offered a partial refund which I accepted. I would say they were not as described. But all in all it was good value, good customer service and I finished the experience okay with the result.

In this instance one of the pots arrived with a broken handle despite the very secure packing by salvos staff which is attributed to Auspost but they offered reasonable refund and highly recommended their communication and service. Pots were exactly as described too. Thanks again. A+++++

Item was the one offered, however description could’ve noted some additional features to product which was damaged. Still decided to keep product in the hope a case one day will become available. Product was put in a padded bag and this crushed case further under the weight of other postal deliveries. Nonetheless, as I have purchased many products from this seller, it was a rarity. Highly recommended seller. Thank you
