Packing material was top notch, worth every penny as I’ve had issues with broken monitors in transit before - due to poor packing. My only complaint is that the packing tape (sealing the box) was about a few inches from being open upon delivery. Not sure if that’s a one off in transit or the packing tape itself. Regardless could’ve been a problem but wasn’t. Thank you!!

My first thought was “Oh great, now I get to deal with getting this thing shipped back to them and then hopefully get refunded without a fight—UGGH!” But after I answered some reasonable questions and sent a few pics of the damage, they promptly refunded me with no hassle at all.
