They took 6 days before finally shipping. I WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG COMPUTER. (packaged poorly, mind). I contacted them immediately. They talked a bunch of gibberish. They refused to follow-up. I upgraded the computer (to be able to do what the advertised one could do) while I was waiting for them. Typical of these scam artists that Ebay is full of that have nothing to sell, just list things, keep your money and avoid all Ebay fees. AVOID THIS ONE !

Instead of letting me decide whether I wanted a refund or wanted to wait for the item they just automatically refunded. I’ve been looking everywhere for this gnome for my husbands birthday and the moment I find it, it doesn’t go as planned. It was disappointing. But the seller want rude about it.
