I notified the seller and was reimbursed the charge back to my credit card right away. That was great and very professional. However, if it had been packaged correctly, things could have been avoided-the seller would have had their money and I would have had the bunny casserole dish. So going forward I would not purchase anything fragile from the seller as it could happen again.
