The Osprey company incorrectly placed a 44 liter backpack in a sealed plastic bag identified as 26+6 liter backpack. Item was appropriately resold as new and in original packaging via eBay by this seller. I notified seller. Seller apologized for honest mistake and immediately sent return label for USPS. Seller communicates well and is honest. Would not hesitate buying from this seller.
