All my puzzles i bought are pre orders so i knew they would not be coming right away. Michaela has been very good at keeping me informed on progress of my order. I ordered 4 and so far only one has been shipped and delivered to me. The others havent been released yet. Once she received my puzzle she shipped it same day and i got it 2 days later!
