Shipped from same town should not had taken 7 days to arrive but it is what it is. One sandal was defective as described I have a leather belt hole making tool so I was able to make the holes necessary to buckle up the strap that was missing the holes! So they are now New! Page for item does say returns not accepted. Contacted seller to see if they had another of the same battery, no response. I'm sure most of what they sell is fine, just beware that you have a chance of getting something that doesn't work and can't be returned or replaced. In the case of this type of item (used or open box power tool battery), maybe look for "tested" in the description.
