The tape that seals the box was missing, so item was at least open at some point. My issue is: Their product images show the Americas version, yet they shipped the Korean version. I only spent the money I did assuming it was the Americas version. The description lists the Korean model, but you have to know the model number to know this. I emailed them about it once it arrived, but they did not respond. Their image is still the wrong version.

I have been ordering online for decades and I have never had a more pleasant experience. I can't believe my package arrived as quickly as it did to West Virginia from South Korea. I ordered on Monday evening and it was here on Thursday early afternoon. It was exactly as described and packaged perfectly! Terrific seller!!
